Miss Priss
Chandler Caroline is 18 months old! (on the 13th, just a few days behind). I cannot believe our precious girl is already 1 1/2. It just can't be! We are all in love with her and amazed at what a wonderful baby she is. She is full of laughter, hugs and kisses. She's a big momma's girl and has daddy wrapped tightly. She thinks her brothers hung the moon but often remind them that she's the baby--she actually says " I da baby." We have been so truly blessed with such a sweet gift!!

Brotherly Love....
Our boys, our boys. They are not perfect and always well mannered. They are full of energy, life and character. They are all boy. Dirty toes and faces make for the best days. They go on wild adventures in the jungle behind our house and defeat the bad guys together with their swords. They are workermen as Ace calls it picking up sticks and building forts. And most importantly, they love each other. Oh yes, there is bickering and pushing from time to time but I can already tell they have each others back. They have each other to be a best friend or wrestling match. My heart melts to hear them giggling together. What a wonderful time I know they will have growing up together just being brothers.......

Puppy Love......
I am heartbroken as I write this blog. Our sweet puppy Rocco was recently in an accident and is no longer with our family. I know some think a dog is just a dog but Rocco was a part of our family and a very big part of my life. I was in Texas when I got Rocco as this sweet little black ball of fur with lots of energy! He was my first baby. If you know me very well, you know how absolutely neurotic I was about him. I loved him with all my heart. I can't believe he is gone.
I wait to hear him bark when the UPS guy comes to the door or hear him let out a big snore during an afternoon nap. Easter weekend was the first trip to my mom's in almost 8 years he wasn't there. I catch myself start to call for him when I drop some food or we start to come in the house. Chandler will still say his name whenever she hears a dog bark ,
Rocco wasn't a pedigree type of dog. He was waaay bigger than he was supposed to be, we called him a yorkie on steroids, he had tons of fur and stinky breath. He was full of character just like everyone else in this family. We all loved him. He was with me through a lot. I will miss him dearly.
Love you sweet puppy!
and loved taking naps!

Easter 2010
What an amazing Easter we had this year! We were able to spend time with both sides of our family this weekend and the kids are in need of major grandparent detox!! We had a great time visiting with family, dying and hunting Easter eggs and eating waaay too much food :) My kids were on a serious sugar high for 3 days. Needless to say, they LOVED the candy in their Easter baskets!!
Chandler loved her Easter basket (the boys dumped theirs out before I could snap a pic)

Springtime Flowers!!
Wow did we ever get to experience God's beauty this past week! We took a trip to Wye Mountain for the first time to see the flowers and they were amazing. Jack was less than impressed with the "mountain" and let us know it was just a hill :) We all loved walking around and picking some pretty spring flowers! I also got some great pictures..mainly of Chandler because the boys were too busy running around!
